Our Finance Department works tirelessly to manage budgets, optimize resources, and safeguard our future. They’re the backbone of our company’s success, ensuring we make smart financial decisions that allow us to continue growing and innovating. With meticulous attention to detail, they ensure we’re always in line with regulatory requirements and that our financial processes are transparent, accurate, and secure.

Sales Department:
At Gulf International, we understand that great products need an equally great sales team to reach your homes and hearts, which brings us to the dynamic force that drives our FMCG sales—our exceptional Sales Team. Our team possesses an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging trends, enabling us to deliver products that resonate with you.
Divided into 3 divisions, each of the teams works with an unwavering commitment to the customer’s satisfaction. It is our sales team that fosters strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners, reinforcing trust and collaboration throughout the supply chain. In an ever-changing market, the Sales Team remains agile and adaptive, ensuring they meet customer demands and exceed your expectations.
Trade Marketing:
Trade marketing is a one-stop department within GI, primarily focusing on developing to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing on UAE markets. The function is organized in divisions, each having its dedicated team to deliver the proper focus on products and customers by remaining true to the core values of integrity, transparency, excellence, and active collaborations Trade Marketing plays a pivotal role in the distribution business aiming to increase demand in market and ensures guidelines are drilled down to sales and merchandising. A vital aspect of business focusing on new product launches, business plan, distribution tracking, forecasting, and conducting quarterly brand / retailers’ business reviews & Updates.
E-Commerce:
Gulf International visionary management team started developing E-commerce channel in Y 2015. During tough COVID times when many businesses were struggling to capitalize on this channel, GI was fully prepared to meet E-Commerce challenges. E-Com business grew by leap and bounds in Y 2020 & 2021.​
A dedicated team of E-Commerce specialists having hands on knowledge of placements, technical aspects of business including JBP negotiations & advance planning to capture major events along with day-to-day challenges is delivering revenue for Gulf International on monthly basis.
Supply Chain:
At Gulf International, we believe that our professional supply chain team is the lifeline of our operations. This is why we take immense pride in the driving force behind our seamless and efficient distribution network - our Supply Chain Team, who also nurtures and maintains strong relationships with our suppliers, fostering trust and collaboration for the mutual benefit of all stakeholders. Quality control is at the core of their responsibilities. They ensure that our products meet the highest standards, from sourcing to delivery.
Merchandising:
Product selling has become more scientific with in depth research on planograms, consumer behavior and elements that influence consumer selection in category. GI has ample resources to take care of the merchandising needs at modern trade, traditional trade, and other outlets. The team ensures product placement, planograms and brand positioning is implemented as per the guidelines. GI merchandising team successfully implements Outlet & Brand events throughout the year with best-in-class placement of promotional displays and setting high standards in execution, recognized by our brand partners.
Logistics & Warehouse:
GI Logistics & Warehouse Department is the heartbeat of our delivery network, ensuring every product moves smoothly from our facilities to your doorstep. From managing inventory to shipping orders on time, this team works hard to keep things moving and our customers happy by Keeping track of thousands of products with precision, ensuring we always have the right items in stock to meet customer demand.
Optimizing storage spaces, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and improving warehouse layouts to maximize efficiency and speed with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure products flow seamlessly from production to distribution.
IT Department :
Our IT Department is the backbone of our digital success. From maintaining our network infrastructure and ensuring top-tier cybersecurity to implementing cutting-edge solutions like SAP, WMS, and Neptune for capturing sales data, we leverage AI and automation to drive operational efficiency. Our skilled professionals work tirelessly to ensure smooth business operations, delivering precise and actionable output reports.

Team of experienced sales personnel takes care of tender negotiations in liaison with other support functions for product analysis, documentation, certifications, and product development to ensure channel specific demands are met.
